Jenn Tompkins

Founder, CEO, Care Management Consultant

Jenn received her master’s degree in physical therapy from UT Southwestern Medical Center in Dallas in 2004 after graduating with her Bachelors in Kinesiology and Applied Physiology with a Minor in Psychology from the University of Colorado in Boulder. Prior to becoming a Physical Therapist, Jenn worked as a Paramedic. Jenn is also a Certified BLS and Basic CPR Instructor.

Throughout her career, Jenn has been passionate about providing compassionate and all-encompassing patient care while aiming for the best outcomes possible for each patient. Her heart has always been focused on caring for the geriatric patient population.

She has worked in Home Health, Acute, and Outpatient settings. Jenn has been responsible for educating clinicians of all levels on best practices for monitoring, care management, and treatment of a wide range of patient populations.

Since starting Revolution in 2020, Jenn has become a strong advocate for changing the way patients are cared for throughout the healthcare system. She strongly believes that all patients deserve to be heard, supported, and advocated for in and out of the doctor’s office. Recognizing that one touch point with a provider every few months rarely provides patients the ability to be proactive instead of reactive to their chronic illnesses, she strives to provide services aimed at filling in the gaps. Jenn is surrounded by a remarkable team of clinicians who go above and beyond in every patient encounter. This dedication has led to improved patient health literacy, quality outcomes, and overall patient satisfaction with their healthcare journey.

Jenn lives in the DFW area with her husband and 3 kids. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, traveling to the beach or the mountains, volunteering, and staying active.

Lindsey Wilson

Operational Consultant

Lindsey graduated from UT Southwestern Medical Center in 2004 with a Master’s Degree in Physical Therapy.

She is also a certified BLS and Basic CPR Instructor. She has worked in Acute Care and Home Health settings providing patient care and educational services.

Lindsey has been a Director of Therapy as well as a Clinical Educator responsible for educating healthcare staff on disease processes, documentation, best practices, and Medicare guidelines. She has worked closely with specialty physicians to monitor their cardiac and surgical patients in the home by creating customized, specific parameters for each physician and monitoring the home health care of each patient.

Living in Houston with her husband and two children, Lindsey enjoys volunteering at church, working out, and spending time with her family.
